Corx Wine & Liquors Return and Exchange Policy

Online Sales, pickups and deliveries

All sales are final. Please double-check that your items are correct before placing your order. Pickup orders will be returned after 3 months if not picked up.

If you have received the wrong product via delivery or store pickup and the error is on our end, we will make it right by exchanging the incorrect items for the correct items as soon as we can. Wrong items to be exchanged must be in sellable condition i.e bottle still sealed, foil not cut on wine bottles, and not subject to any extreme temperatures or conditions. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Defective or spoiled merchandise can be returned or credited with receipt at our discretion. We cannot refund or exchange items that were mistakenly purchased or that did not meet your taste requirements. Defective items must be at least 1/2 filled bottle with original closure or cork, and empty or near empty bottles will not be accepted for return or credit. Defective items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase.

In-store sales

All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.
